Daryl Jané gets stuck in a few inches of snow in the Cascade Mountains, and a massive snow storm rolls in on him. In the next two weeks, up to seven feet of snow fell, virtually burying Daryl in his jeep. Next, an L.A. couple looks to spend a fun weekend camping in California's high desert, but they become hopelessly lost during a short day hike. Over the course of five long days, they search in vain for their car, run out of food, and endure 50mph winds.
