With just a week to go until the British Championships, the Rhythmic team are struggling to learn a complicated new routine for the competition. But a surprise visit from a Rhythmic celebrity goes a long way to lift the girls' spirits. Back at the artistic gym everyone is looking forward to welcoming Amelie back from the Youth Olympics.
