A group of cyclists is run over by a car on a mountain cart. The vehicle does not stop. In it, a father travels with his 17-year-old daughter. A few kilometers later, the father suffers a stroke. They will all end up meeting at the ‘Hospital Valle Norte’. Both the cyclists and the owner of the car are admitted to the hospital. Doctors do everything possible to save the lives of those involved in this accident.
