In Penzance, husband and wife team Phil and Christine Jenson receive a commission that gets their engines revving, as they attempt to make a cake that doubles up as a remote control Mini. Elsewhere, sugarcraft specialist Eloise Durrant reveals her sporty side as she makes an extreme cake, complete with working plasma ball, for her roller derby teammate.
