With this memory in mind, Trisha and Beth spend the afternoon making a quick and easy dinner of Bacon Wrapped Dried Apricots, Grilled Garlic Caesar Salad and Grilled Summer Veggie Pasta. After a little Lemon Blackberry Cheesecake Parfait for dessert, they head outside to watch Mother Nature's stunning spectacle.
