Domestic goddess Nigella Lawson dips into family cookbooks and classic literature for some minty summer recipes, using the herb to add subtle flavour to a squid salad and bringing a fresh tang to a traditional gimlet, made with vodka and gin. Also featuring mint julep peaches, inspired by The Great Gatsby, and a green salad and grilled halloumi.
