Tarek gets a lead on a house in Diamond Bar, CA, and asks Christina to meet him to view the property. Tarek rushes off for a date, however, and Christina relentlessly pokes fun at him. The underlying tension leads to a blowout, which could get in the way of finishing the flip and making a profit.
