A little girl who attends the catechism at Don Matteo's has an illness: her mother accuses an Egyptian man and her daughter of attacking her with Ebola. When the man is found dying, the investigations begin. In the meantime, Cecchini is convinced that Captain Tommasi has made the teacher Marisa pregnant, and tries to run for cover, while Don Matteo returns to Sabrina in prison: he has managed to get her work permits back.
