Aleksandra and Vincent thought they had found the perfect starter home when they bought a split-level, 4 bedroom house in a family-friendly neighbourhood. Fast forward ten years and two kids later and now Aleksandra wants a whole new start. Exhausted from her brutal, hour-long commute to work, and frustrated with the dated kitchen, chopped up layout, and dysfunctional bathroom, she’s hoping for a real estate miracle and thinks Todd is just the person to deliver. Vincent is sure that their location is perfect, they just need to make their house a home, with some much-needed help from Jillian. Will Jill’s re-design have Aleksandra thinking twice or will Todd get Vincent to hit the road for the perfect house in a more convenient location?
