Both were renting in their preferred areas, and were reluctant to leave them. In 2009, Cat and Ed's des res area was Chiswick, and in 2011 Ian and Sarah were in love with Balham. But the tough London market meant it was time for compromise. Phil's back to see just how those compromises transpired.
