The problem; she wants a 2 bedroom single family home near scenic Balboa Park - a very popular neighborhood. With a budget that can't exceed $250,000, she may need to settle for a condo or townhome. With her good friend Lindsay along on the hunt, will Beth be able to handle all the compromises she'll need to consider?
