Stephanie and Brian recently relocated from Northern California to the island paradise of Key Largo, Florida. Brian wants a home with a Spanish style, but his top priority is a strong, sturdy house since hurricanes are common in the area. Stephanie, on the hand, would prefer a home with a Florida Keys look that's pastel and tropical, but most important to her is a shotgun style layout to take advantage of the nice tropical cross breezes. Working with a $450,000 budget, this hunt could get stormy.
