Dawn and Jordan are college sweethearts who are ready to buy their first home together in the suburbs of St. Louis. Dawn, a bird handler, has one macaw and is looking to get more. She needs space for her birds, and their other potential future pets. Jordan wants his own space with a basement, and large private backyard. But with an entry level price range, who might be willing to compromise?
