Ana and John discuss their struggles with eating healthy while maintaining a packed schedule. Ana shares how she manages to stay fit when she notices she’s gaining a few pounds. Jayar jumps in with how he lost weight with a “cleanse week” after gaining over 20 pounds around the time his son was born. Ana mentions staying away from weed until after her wedding in order to avoid the munchies. She also describes the agreement she and Christian have to tell the other that he/she has gained weight.
