Cameras follow interviewees as they apply for jobs with London-based waste disposal company O'Donovan and Knightsbridge-based party planners Snapdragon. Nearly 300 applicants applied for the role at O'Donovan and in the running are 47-year-old Tracie, who was recently made redundant from her job in the Civil Service, and personal assistant Hilary, who hopes her Irish charm will give her the edge over the other candidates.
