Rene and Owen are brothers and share the cottage duties all summer, Owen is in charge of the docks, but somehow keeps loosing them to the tide. Rene gives Bryan the heads up on the situation and Bryan creates a plan. Can Owen build a dock people are willing to dock their boats at or will their boats get washed ashore.
