Is there too much pressure on people to forgive? The ability to forgive people who have hurt or betrayed us is often seen as something to aspire to; a necessary step to healing and moving on. But some believe there is too much pressure on people to forgive. One expert is championing a so-called 'healthy unforgiveness" instead. This week, Insight asks whether it’s always possible (and desirable) to 'forgive and forget’, whether an apology makes a difference, and whether forgiving yourself is sometimes the hardest challenge of all.
