HMRC uncover a huge VAT and tax fraud by a farmer who turns fugitive when the heat is on, while fraud investigators from the DWP also deal with some fast footwork from a fraudster... but this time it's on the dance floor. We hear how sudden sight loss turned Dave's world upside down, but thanks to the support of a charity he's rekindled a hobby and found a new lease of life. One council helps an elderly man move from life on the water to dry land.
