Sakurako and Komaki flee to the human world to escape the Count who desires Sakurako. There the must fight their constant craving for blood as they learn about love.

Sakurako falls hard for Hayato at first sight and the girls decide to do their best to fit into the human world, but constantly give themselves away.

Hayato starts to like Sakurako as well, but then goes near her just to annoy the jealous Koma. Meanwhile, the Count learns of the girls’ locatoin and pleans to torture them before killing them

Ken learns his roommates are vampires and freaks out. Meanwhile, Hayato and Sakurako grow closer on an amusement park date.

Hayato is kidnapped by the Count so Sakurako and Koma join forces with Ken to save Hayato and take down the Count.

Hayato falls hard for Sakurako who is in pain knowing their relationship is doomed. Meanwhile, Koma starts falling for Hayato, too!

Sakurako tries to end things despite being in love with Hayato which has the guy all moody and confused. Koman, Ken, and Aoi go in search of the girl when she goes missing in broad daylight to rescue Hayato’s guitar.

After Sakurako ran out in the midday sun, she exhaust and will lose consciousness. Since man's blood is not inhaled for a while, recovery is also bad, and a Koma is going to supply blood, but Sakurako refuses it.

Koma can’t take anymore and tries to kill Hayato, but is stopped by Sakurako, thus she breaks their 100-year friendship and joins the Count.
