When Zack and his mom move into their new apartment crate, they soon discover that the other residents are not too happy about it. The new crate changes the order of the other apartments and causes chaos among the residents! It's now up to Zack and resident Evelyn to find a way to organize the apartments so that everyone is happy. Meanwhile, Savannah is put in charge of three food stands at a local food stall area as her dad and others have to take care of some emergencies.
