Christmas brings the good news that Monika and Joachim are expecting a child. After Caterina is incapacitated by a car accident, Helga takes over the management of the dance school and hires an Argentine dance teacher. Together with Freddy, Monika throws herself into composing a song for Hannelore Lay to sing at the Eurovision Song Contest. Eva and Jürgen Fassbender’s marriage takes an even worse turn.
