Dr. Gerald Vincent Bull was an expert on ballistics who had worked for Canada and the U.S. in weapons design. He had a dream of building a gun large enough to launch a satellite. While working for Saddam Hussein to build this "supergun" he was assassinated on the doorstep of his Brussels apartment. His murder is still a mystery that remains unsolved to this day.
