Scribble asks Tjerk if he wants to dance with her. Bobo also wants to dance with Scribble. To determine who can dance, a dance competition is held. When Bobo sees that Tjerk can dance well, he tries to outsmart Tjerk by throwing itching powder over Tjerk.
