The body of Achim Hiller, head of Hilgro Wind AG, is found on a derelict shipyard site. While König and Bukow take up the investigation, a confused man is noticed in Rostock: He claims to have shot someone, but cannot remember who he is or what he has done in the last few hours. His hand shows gunshot marks - and he is identified as an IT employee of Hilgro Wind. Bukow and König are faced with a mystery.
