Sarah meets Jamie and Shital, who have relocated from London to Sheffield and want to adapt their bungalow into a stylish home suitable for their needs - Shital has a rare genetic condition that confines her to a wheelchair and Jamie has cerebral palsy.
The new build must also work for Shital's disabled brother and elderly mother.
Sarah also meets a family extending their home, in Doddinghurst, a pretty rural village in Essex. The family plan to create a modern mansion for multi-generational living on a limited £150,000 budget.
