Six new cooks - Mark, Cormac, Diana, Sarah, Bill and Hugh - arrive in the kitchen for heat two of the contest, with just one hour to create a signature dish. Judges Nick and Dylan will then pick the four most impressive contestants to go through to day two, and complete their first restaurant service. Presented by Nick Munier
