Alex and Shelley are getting ready for a visit from one of their favourite patients which is an over weight bassett hound called Charlie, who has been on a strict weight loss programme for around four months. Neil is greeting his first patient of the day a horse called Monte who needs surgery on his seriously infected sinuses.
