After 15 years in North Carolina, Sandra longed for her hometown of San Sebastian, Spain. So she and husband Keith, who realized the benefits that a European lifestyle would offer their children, decided to move their family to the heart of Basque Country. Keith wants the American space and amenities they've grown accustomed to, but Sandra knows these will be difficult to find.
