Designer Ann Hazell and the crew head to Southend-on-Sea, Essex, to transform a home as a surprise for a couple of first-time buyers who have not had the money to redecorate since moving in with their one-year-old son six months previously. The team has just one hour to revamp four rooms before the owners return and see the results.
