Molly's story breaks in the Spectator. Professor Newirth and his wife hold a press conference to deny the allegations, but Tanner crashes it, publicly accusing the professor of lying. Later, Tanner meets Molly at the park, admitting he's made a mess of things and decides to turn himself in. The professor approaches Lisanne about representing him, but she declines, Mickey is already representing Molly, creating a conflict of interest.
Meanwhile, John continues his undercover tycoon act. Victor flirts with other women while Vivian joins him for lunch. Vivian also learns that Nikki has run away.
