After Tamara reveals to Carolina about Carlos's affair with Cristina, Carolina rushes to him to hear the truth. Upon discovering Cristina's relationship with Carlos, Carolina decides to take control of the situation, firing her minutes before the fashion show and humiliating her in front of everyone. Cristina, after the great humiliation she suffered at the hands of Carolina, turns to Father Salvador for advice, leaving Salvador disturbed by the actions Carolina took against her.
