Manic Matt is out to prove a point in the port of Oakland. He gambles early on a container full of liquor, then drives up prices, forcing everyone else to pony up. But will his tactics backfire, allowing Israeli young guns Uzi and Schlomi to snatch a container full of amazing World War II antiques from under his nose?
