Gu-reum suddenly starts running a fever, and Dan-soo and Gong-hee rush him to the hospital. Gong-hee is touched, seeing how Dan-soo is trying to take care of Gu-reum like his own child. Myung-ja is still heartbroken and devastated by her mother's death and struggles to pull herself together. Meanwhile, Dan-soo and Gong-hee brainstorm together to tackle the counterfeit problem.
