Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends to learn about skipping. Ziggy discovers that his favourite bit of rope isn't long enough to skip with, that lots of people can skip at the same time, and that practice is needed to skip really well.
Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic with the supermove of the day. Stephanie and Trixie add sports candy to their oatmeal. Stingy wants to know everyone's favourite sport so he can beat them. Sportacus pretends to skip rope, and Robbie Rotten attempts to set a world record in skipping rope.
