From exploring the birth of the iconic Shaolin style to the masters who adapted its techniques, Dan’s journey stretches across centuries of history and shows how martial arts evolve and develop over time. Shaolin, Wudang, Choy Li Fut, Okinawa-te and karate – there are many stops to make along the path of kung fu, and many masters to learn from.
