The investigation starts with the discovery of Georgina's body, a runner who was skinned and found next to a macabre purse made of human skin. The detectives find a pattern between the victims: tattooed women that sought perfection. In a clandestine tannery, the killer skins young woman with perfect skin and flashy tattoos, convinced that she is turning them into something beautiful. According to her distorted logic, she isn’t killing them, she is helping the woman achieve eternal perfection. However, her distorted notion of beauty provokes a whirlwind of terror.
