When detective Vargas takes her grandmother with Alzheimer to a nursing home, she and detective Barraza witness the discussion between a young woman and the director of the nursing home. The young Marisela talks to the detective and says that her grandmother just had an unusual death, since she didn't know about the disease that caused it. The group of detectives decides to investigate the case after the autopsy revealed that Marisela's grandmother was abused.
