Hosted by Bob Barker and Mary Frann and held in Panama City, Panama - This is the 35th Miss Universe pageant. There are 71 contestants this year, but only one will be the winner. The judges have voted and Bárbara Palacios Teyde from Venezuela is crowned Miss Universe 1986.
