Tae-woong travels to New York to meet his birth mother, Ae-ri, who shares a strategy to remove Gang-ju from the company. Da-rim and her family are worried about Tae-woong. Meanwhile, Seung-don becomes furious upon discovering that Gang-ju secretly attended film school while doing his MBA in the United States.
