Song Pan-ho is a respected judge in Woowon City. One day, he encourages his son Ho-young to turn himself in after a hit-and-run accident, following his convictions. However, he soon learns that the boy Ho-young killed was the second son of Woowon Group Chairman Kim Kang-heon, who controls Woowon City, and decides to cover up his son's crime.
