Eun-kyung realizes that Yu-ri is the opposing counsel of her new client. They meet up to discuss a settlement, but they faila to find the middle ground. Eun-ho decides to leave Daejeong after much consideration and joins Eun-kyung’s new firm. After Eun-ho leaves the firm, Yu-ri realizes how much he meant to her.
