Eun-kyung decides to leave Daejeong and open up her own law firm. Although she starts out with a big ambition, it doesn’t turn out as well as she expected it to be. Yu-ri is given a choice to switch teams, but she hesitates. A new client visits Eun-kyung, but she sends her to Yu-ri, and Yu-ri does the same for Eun-kyung.
