Sandra is rushed into the hospital and later transferred to the ICU. Cecille blames herself for Sandra's tragedy. Ramona talks to Paula over the phone and tells her to come back and take care of her mother. Esperanza asks Monica the person who told her about Juan. When Sandra wakes up, she wants Esperanza and Cecille out of her sight.
