The task of being Dori's sous chef is demanding, frustrating, painful, and sometimes cruel for Nimrod. Sara arrives with her partner Ashi, the restaurant's wine man, to taste dishes that Dori and Nimrod prepare in the test kitchen with a friend from the past.
