Paula confesses to Lorenzo that only with Pepe does she feel good; Lorenzo asks him to look forward to the treatment. Pepe finds the note that Andrea left him and questions Malena and Rafa if what he says is true. Pepe complains to Rafa and Malena about her betrayal and Rafa asks him to take out her fury on him.
