Dong Huang makes his way down to the hospital to find Brother Fa to inquire about Eric’s whereabouts and tries to prove that he is Eric’s friend. Brother Fa ultimately believes him and allows him to speak to Eric on the phone. Dong Huang informs Eric of Zhen Di’s passing. Eric hears Dong Huang’s choked voice and realises Dong Huang has fallen for Zhen Di.
