Angelli swears to José Emilio that he will stop looking for him until Santiago's innocence is clarified. Misael confesses all of her crimes to Mónica and she swears that she will help him not to be discovered. Luciano questions José Emilio and makes him see his mistake in rejecting Angelli. Angelli is stranded on the road and, while trying to return in the rain, she falls into the river.
