Extended episode. Pat's friends and family gather as her condition deteriorates rapidly. She reflects on life in Albert Square with Dot, Ian and her children - but the person she wants to see most of all, her son David, is not there, and Janine still refuses to believe her stepmother is as ill as she claims.
