Valde and Tala have to escape their gnome duties at the Christmas market to find the Keeper's Book out in the woods. Here Valde meets Rang for the first time, who, however, is not the only thing that has been waiting for them out in the forest, and soon Mosekonen's fog comes creeping towards them.
