A young Moroccan pastry chef is found dead. The investigators speculate that he fell victim to a criminal organisation. Meanwhile Cecchini and Tommasi are convinced that one of them is the winner of the lottery and, unaware of the misunderstanding, they go on a spree in the hope that the winner will pay the bill.
